I’m pleased to share some news: I’ve been invited to join the Forbes Business Council, an invitation-only community for accomplished business owners and senior leaders.
The Forbes Business Council brings together executives with a demonstrated track record of driving growth, navigating complexity, and leading at scale. Members are selected by a review committee based on the depth of their experience, professional achievements, and measurable impact on business performance.
Forbes Councils is a collective of invitation-only communities created in partnership with Forbes and the founders of the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC). Its mission is to connect exceptional leaders with the insights, relationships, and resources needed to thrive in an increasingly complex business environment.
As part of the Council, I’ll be contributing perspectives on leadership, communication, and strategy—especially where decision-making, influence, and execution intersect.
How My Work Supports Management Consulting
Like management consultants, we work with senior leaders on strategy, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness. We’re often brought in when stakes are high, alignment is fragile, and execution matters. The goal is the same: better outcomes, less friction, clearer direction.
How My Work Is Different
Traditional management consulting focuses on frameworks, analysis, and recommendations. My work focuses on how strategy is communicated, interpreted, and acted on—where most initiatives quietly fail.
I don’t deliver slide decks and walk away. I work directly with leaders and teams to reduce pushback, prevent misalignment, and strengthen authority in real conversations—especially when decisions are unpopular, complex, or politically sensitive.
In short:
Consultants design the strategy. I make sure it lands.
